PDR Series – Vibratory Hammers for Maximum Performance
The HDR.R PDR series transforms excavators into powerful foundation machines for vibrating and pulling various profiles (sheet piles, beams, pipes). Thanks to the high rotation speed (2300 rpm), the series operates efficiently with minimal vibration, ideal for confined spaces. The hydraulic rotary head increases speed by minimizing manual work, while the 'gooseneck' construction offers extra working height. The result is a versatile, agile solution that maximizes the uptime of your excavator. In short: a low-maintenance and reliable choice for faster cycle times and optimal performance on the construction site.
PDR Series – Vibro Hammers Built for Performance
An excavator can be quickly transformed into a powerful piling machine with the PDR vibratory hammer. By connecting the hammer to the excavator, the machine’s hydraulic power is fully utilized, while the force of the boom increases the penetration rate of the steel. In many cases, this combined force even allows the use of a smaller hammer without compromising performance.
Maximum versatility, minimum disturbance
The PDR series is designed for driving and extracting a wide range of profiles, including sheet piles, H-beams, and I-beams. Larger models, equipped with double clamps, are also suitable for tubular piles and casings.
Thanks to the narrow throat width, staggered sheet piling can be carried out with ease. Combined with a wide range of clamps, HDR.R offers a solution for every application – regardless of material type (steel, wood, or concrete) and soil conditions.
More efficiency, less downtime
The optional swivel head is a major time-saver on the job site. It allows the operator to pick up sheet piles horizontally and tilt them 90 degrees, significantly reducing manual handling. This enables a nearly continuous piling process and shorter cycle times compared to standard pile driving methods.
Powerful yet low vibration
With a high rotational speed of approximately 2300 rpm, the PDR series delivers efficient performance with minimal ground vibrations. Mounted on an excavator, these vibro hammers offer maximum flexibility and are ideal for working in confined spaces. This makes the PDR series one of the most agile solutions in its class.
