HDR.R SBR Series Star Screen Buckets

The HDR.R SBR series screening machines are the newest addition to the HDR.R range for recycling! These sifters are equipped with a rotating axis with polyurethane stars, which sieve even the lowest materials.

The polyurethane foam is light, durable, flexible and self-cleaning. The stars have a repulsive wing profile that is soft for sensitive materials such as roots, vegetation and grass, and no crushing or entrapment caused.

The lightweight stars ensure an enormous sea surface with exceptional performance. The design with a large bow ensures that the material is rotated during the sifting process, guaranteeing complete separation. The sieve box sieves bilbeit and sieves the entire cycle, without losing time due to stopping and reversing the shafts.

The complete design of the SBR makes quick removal of the axle possible. The polyurethane spacers are simple to replace, so the downtime is limited. They are stored protected against contamination and easy to clean.

The polyurethane stars reduce the noise level of the sieve tray compared to static and steel disc sieve machines, which is a big advantage in sensitive locations.
